Our client based in Wokingham, are looking for a full time Customer Service Administrator due to rapid expansion!
The overall purpose of the role is to provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
Day to day duties:
- Liaising with clients to ensure swift return of reports
- Making and receiving calls to and from customers and corporate clients
- Making outbound calls to clients chasing for progress updates
- Providing quality administrative support with good attention to detail in case notes and when processing reports and invoices
- Ensuring all new instructions are entered on the system accurately
- Case management
- Making and receiving of calls
- Processing email and post queries received into the team as required
- Chasing of reports via telephone, e-mails and letter
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements are maintained daily
- Maintaining accurate data records, using Microsoft Office and in-house systems
- Uploading medical reports onto the system
- Processing invoices and payment queries
We are looking for a minimum on 6 months commercial experience for this position.
