This is an exciting opportunity to join St John as a Customer Service Administrator where you will provide support to the Customer Service Advisers and the Booking and Resourcing Centre Team Leader. You will assist with all administrative matters within the department in line with national policies and procedures and be able to deliver at pace. You will have strong organisation skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy and demanding customer service environment
  • Experience of using of computerised systems
  • Experience of dealing with customer/employee/volunteer queries
  • Experience of working in an events administration capacity
  • Capable of understanding the importance of customer service and working with service level agreements

About The Role:

  • Maintain the Events Tracker and support the production of reports including dashboards, KPI’s and other management information
  • Ensure all events are booked using DIPS (SJA event management system) and that any additional information, changes or cancellations are accurately recorded
  • Undertake administration tasks on DIPS
  • Liaison with SJA personnel regarding all matters relating to events
  • Provide administrative assistance to the events business development team as appropriate
  • Monitor volunteer numbers booked onto events and notify any shortfalls to the appropriate person or team
