Job Title: Packer & Customer ServiceResponsibilities:- Pack items into designated containers according to company standards and customer requirements- Ensure accuracy and quality of packed items- Inspect and remove defective products or materials- Label packages with appropriate information- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures-Answer phone calls & customer emails regarding orders and enquiriesSkills:- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Good hand-eye coordination for handling and packing items- Basic math skills for counting and sorting items- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team-Basic customer service ability-Basic IT and admin skills for emails and our website software.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
