Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00

As a customer service administrator, you will be working in the Centralised Maintenance Control department for DSC Asset Management Centre of Excellence (AMCoE). This role is responsible to be first line response for departments high volume phone calls and action approved repairs and maintenance via the fleet management system. It involves working directly with our internal Engineers and Suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk.
- Achieve call center kpi performance that allows the department to provide high-level service to the customer
- Ensuring all vendor and site calls are answered within the agreed CMC SLA timescales
- Liaise with service providers and engineering operations regarding maintenance activities to ensure cost is minimised and repairs & maintenance have been completed as per the agreed specifications.
- Assist sites' management and engineering teams to provide cost-effective services to their clients

- Strong Communication skills (Telephone)
- Experience in working under a high Pressured environment (phones)
- Computer Literate – Word – Excel
- Fleet maintenance Knowledge is desirable but not essential
