Job description
We are recruiting for a Brand Coordinator position to be part of a sales team based in Braintree. Your role will be to to service an expanding customer base in an ever-changing industry.
As a Brand Coordinator your duties will include:
- Coordinating the entire process from product development to delivery, where you are in daily contact with your customers, subsidiaries and production sites worldwide.
- Supporting your own customers, thus controlling and influencing your work. It is essential to take responsibility, be proactive, and be comfortable making decisions.
- Liaising with all business departments to initiate and follow-up projects to meet critical path deadlines.
Skills and qualifications
- You can keep a good overview across your tasks and customers, being able to follow-up different projects running in parallel, each at a different stage.
- You are service-minded with good communication skills to be able to maintain good relationships; we take great responsibility for the customers doing business with us.
- You work systematically and structured with excellent time management skills.
- You are proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
