As a Inbound Call Handler, you will process travel insurance claims for the over 50's.
Working in a customer focused environment working with a wide range of clients while arranging cover for both new and existing clients.
We are looking for focused individuals who wants to exceed Client's expectations in the delivery of service.
Basic Salary £22,000.00 with opportunities to earn commission each month

Insurance Advisor Role:
- Experience in delivering best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment
- Deliver upon FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations to ensure Risk and Compliance score of 90% or above
- Understand customers demand and needs (including medical) throughout the sales journey to find most suitable product/solution
- Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs through excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome customer objections via sales skill around price, shopping around and speaking to partner in order to drive positive resolution
- Maintain product knowledge across all our brands
- Clear communicator who can build relationships and bring their personality to work
- Self-motivated
- IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working on a shift rota basis.
