About the role
This is a telephone customer service-based role with Foundever and includes a sales-based outcome. Sales through service.
Your purpose will be to retain as many customers for our client as possible through tailoring broadband, TV and mobile phone packages to meet the customers' lifestyle and needs. With the training given, you will be also leaning on your own drive to succeed. This success will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure. You will see a reward for every customer that you retain.
If you don't have experience, don't worry! We are very experienced at providing very specific training. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary and we do operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days, so will need to be flexible.

Pay and Commission
Our commission structure is excellent and we have a number of employees that push themselves to understand the issues and managing the customer through the process. Our very best Retention Officers see a regular annual salary of over £30,000. (Basic pay - £20,319 pa / £10.42 ph)
Remember, the commission is very generous. Your reward will depend on your own drive to succeed. We will support you with this by giving all the tools you need but understanding your customer will drive your ultimate success.
