Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a Customer Research Assistant to work within our vibrant organisation.
You will carry out customer surveys, help resolve customer issues and support the Customer Insight Analyst in understanding and communicating the results of surveys and research.
You will have experience dealing with complex customer enquiries, excellent customer service skills, and a basic proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
Ideally, you will also have experience using a survey platform such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Snap, etc.
