The Vacancy
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes customer service and wants to do all they can to deliver to the highest possible level.
As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you’ll maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues to make sure that we can deliver an easy, effective and efficient service when carrying our repairs in our customers’ homes.
No two days will be the same in this role, as you’ll do whatever is necessary to keep our customers happy and make sure their homes are repaired as quickly as possible. You’ll also carry out property condition surveys, keeping a record of what is needed and making sure we follow up on these quickly by arranging works and appointments.
You’ll have knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance issues and be used to applying this to customers’ homes. Your relationship building skills and outstanding ability to communicate across a diverse range of customers, colleagues and partners will mean that you can make sure we deliver excellent repairs to all of our customers and keep our homes in top condition.
