This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Relations Team. Dealing with simple queries through to complex complaints, you’ll become an Ambassador for our Customers. No two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same. Sometimes you won’t know the right answer, but we’re looking for someone who is always up for the challenge and resilient enough to keep going. In short, we’re looking for someone that has a bit of everything, including a light dusting of magic. We don’t ask for much.

The Job:
Act as the first point of contact for our customers
Ensure their queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
Record and monitor customer feedback, including complaints
Use and update our online database systems
Liaise with our many internal teams across Essex and London

This is a full time contract working Monday-Friday 9am - 5.15pm, five days a week
