About the Role
- 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 30 minute lunch
- Hybrid Working - 2 days per week from home - may be offered upon successful completion of probation period, but is non contractual.
- £30,441 - £35,708 + Bonus + Benefits
What will I be doing as a Customer Relations Executive?
- Your challenge will be to develop and grow our customer portfolio, making sure existing clients are happy, new clients come on board and net margin improvement is achieved.
- You’ll report to a Customer Relations Manager and tackle several key tasks: building strong, trusting relationships with customers and maintaining good links with our operational partners.
- You would also focus on customer retention and managing churn levels.
- We’ll also expect you to make sure any new customer is brought on board professionally, with new business implemented smoothly.
What are the requirements?
- If you haven’t worked in the waste industry before, don’t worry - we will give you all the training you require
- We’re looking for a sharp, computer-literate person who can negotiate effectively and manage customers, drawing on strong communication skills.
