Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday (Flexible working hours)
Salary: Up to £22,230
Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich

About the Role:
We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone who wants to broaden their skillset and start climbing the career ladder.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Supporting our customers via telephone
- Helping the team with online chats, emails and contact form enquiries
- Helping with departmental audits and suggesting improvements.
- Face to face customer service in our Zatu Shop
About the person
To be a successful candidate for this role and to have the opportunity to join our Zatu family you must ideally have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Comfortable with dealing with customers on the phone.
- Computer literate
- Effective communication skills
- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn
- Someone who is comfortable working in a changing environment and can adapt quickly to meet the needs of the company
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
