Job description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager or Team Leader, the Domestic Customer Service Advisor is part of the Watson Sales, a dynamic sales environment with responsibility for driving fuel sales throughout our Domestic sector specifically working towards growth both in terms of market share and profitability.
- Responsible for the improvement of customer volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines.
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets and KPI’s as set out by the Head Of Domestic Sales.
- Taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers.
- Making outbound calls to develop sales to new and existing customers.
- Negotiating to win business and cross selling the full range of Domestic products and services to maximise revenue.
- Process customer orders, address any queries and display the highest standards of customer experience.
- Provide timely designated reports and information when required.
- Liaise with Customers, Depots and Operational Personnel.
- Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company’s systems
- Accountability for sales growth in terms of both volume and gross margin
- Learn all company systems relevant to the role.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues through the WFL UK Ltd business to achieve a greater offering for our customers.
- Embrace a health and safety culture.
- Work experience gained in a sales environment is essential and a desire to build a career in telephone sales
- Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately is essential.
- Experience in working to and achieving set targets and KPI’s.
- Excellent customer experience skills are essential
