We are seeking a driven customer service professional with experience of business to consumer telesales.
Company
Welcare Guardian Ltd has been established 30 years and is a highly respected provider of Will Writing and Estate Planning. We also work with many well known charities providing Will writing services through The Goodwill Partnership.
Role
-Working from a database to contact potential prospects by phone to explain our services and drive new business.
-Follow up on new and existing Will applicants with a view of making an appointment to carry out their Will application.
-Cleaning of the database to provide a clear view of contacts made, clients no longer interested and any other relevant information.
Skills Required
-The applicant must be comfortable with regular high volume outbound calling to generate appointments.
-Given the sensitive nature of the line of work the applicant must be able to communicate compassionately and deliver information is a professional and caring way.
-Experience of working in a Business to Consumer outbound telemarketing environment is essential.
-The applicant must be fully computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Excel and previous use of a CRM system is desirable.
-No previous experience in the Legal field required as full training is provided.
-Initial and ongoing training and support.
-Basic £11 per hour.
-Office based in Stafford with free parking.
-Part time role with hours and days of work to be agreed.
