PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Assist part sales, customer accounts, warehouse inventory and shipping to increase parts revenue and deliver a better customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the person will:
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in volumetric mixers of all makes including parts and service methods to accurately address customer enquiries and issues.
- Support customer accounts to ensure they receive requested information quickly.
- Develop a relationship over the phone with customer accounts at multiple levels.
- Work to develop a pro-active sales approach to improve our customer’s ability to have the parts when they need them including placing outbound calls to customer accounts.
- Help manage returned materials and tracking parts warranty claims to help minimize company expense.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Pick – Pack – Ship duties to ensure the timely shipments of parts to the customer.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Secondary School.
- Prior experience working in parts sales, warehouse duties and Customer Service is required.
- Prior experience with outbound telephone sales.
- Previous experience around machinery or automotive is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
