Responsibilities
The Clinic Services Representative is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for our patients in person or on the phone. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules for patients and providers, communication of all relevant information and preparation instructions to patients.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months customer service or medical setting experience or Associates degree.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications.
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Capable to work independently with minimal supervision.
