Glasgow, Regent Street - Customer Support Technician - £23,000
Monday- Friday between 8am and 6pm- Hybrid after training period
This company are a leading supplier of voice, data and mobile products.
Main Duties:
+ Assist clients with technical queries and fault reports by phone, email and through a helpdesk ticket system.
+ Act as the prime customer contact for all enquiries
What we are looking for:
+ Experience of dealing with clients/customers on a daily basis
+ Ideally experience of communicating through calls and emails
+ A strong interest in technology
