TS Personal Training is looking to grow our sales team and hire a talented and highly motivated Chat Specialist to help us connect with prospects and screen qualified candidates for our flagship program, The Elite Pack.
You will be responsible for ensuring our sales calendar is always full, and growing company turnover.

About the role:
As a Chat Specialist, your main responsibility will be to engage with prospects responding to our marketing initiatives to ensure they're the right fit. You will do this through direct messaging on social media and email. You will work alongside the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback, keep the sales calendar full, and follow up with candidates who didn’t close on sales calls.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in sales, prospecting, or coaching, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organised. Familiarity with social media, email, and other communication platforms is also crucial.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to consistently learn about the latest strategies, methodologies, and tools in our industry, enabling you to better guide our clients to success.
Job Details:
Once you’re fully up to speed, you’ll be responsible for:
- Connecting with new prospects each and every day on email and through social media DMS
- Providing detailed insights on chat activities to the leadership team
- Keeping our sales calendar full with high-quality appointments
- Scheduling and rescheduling sales appointments as needed
- Consistently communicating with the marketing and sales teams
- Embracing continuous learning to increase sales
