The Role – What will I be doing?

  • Effective questioning to gather relevant information from the customer.
  • Reduce the use of industry jargon to simplify the product for the customer.
  • Ensure the very best customer experience on every call.
  • Ensure your positive attitude shines through with any potential customers.
  • Develop (with training) a full understanding of Right Fuelcard Services and products and all relevant operating systems.
  • Respond to any customer queries by telephone and email, in a professional timely manner, whilst communicating through the most appropriate channel.
