Reporting to the Welcome and Service Assistant Manager and operating within the Visitor Operations and Experiences department, you'll be driving visitor welcome at Belton. Working in the Visitor Reception, Outdoor Adventure Playground, The Ride indoor play space, and the car park, you will ensure the highest standards of service at all times. What you'll be doing:As the largest conservation charity in Europe we work hard to raise funds, so that we can continue to care for all the heritage in our trust. Visitors are a vital part of what we do, so you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent service to all our supporters, at every stage of their journey with us. As a Service Assistant, it’s your role to provide our visitors with a perfect welcome, setting them up for an amazing experience and enabling them to make the most of their day at Belton.
You’ll be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find, or have access to, everything they need for their visit. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You'll support in the delivery of events at times throughout the year as well as across the property when required. Working within our spirit of place and alongside the Visitor Welcome Team, you will grow our member support and link everything we do back to our cause, promoting events, offers, products and benefits of actively supporting the National Trust.
You’ll deliver high standards of presentation at the property and ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent, from the first click on the website, to the posters and signs around the property.
