Job description

Part time hours (2-3 days per week), sharing the role within the existing team

Precision is an exciting place to work, and we currently have an opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for customer service, to join our team.

The role is based in our Healthcare ecommerce team, where you will provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, processing online orders and handling customer enquiries, including payment and delivery queries.

The role is varied, with some routine administration, database updates and both inbound and outbound telephone and online contact. You will be our customers' first contact with Precision, so a friendly, positive attitude is a must!

Duties:

  • Order processing for online and telephone purchases utilising various platforms, and computerised systems.
  • Providing customer service support to healthcare client helplines, including product information, in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Updating careline records and logs
  • Working with internal colleagues and external partners to resolve customer queries/complaints and handling the reporting of adverse events and product quality issues
  • Liaising with suppliers and directly with clients
  • Updating spreadsheets and carrying out routine monitoring/reporting
  • Updating and maintaining healthcare sector databases, including routine data entry
  • Production of client documentation including training and information materials
  • Researching and planning ecommerce campaigns from a client brief
  • Conducting outbound telephone customer contact activities

Required skills:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, training on specific technology will be provided.
  • Good standard of written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with confidential customer data (ideally in a healthcare related setting)
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
