Job description
The Best Connection is working with our client based in Seaham. They are a supplier of catering equipment and products to a range of customers nationwide. Due to increased levels of business, they now require a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Taking orders from customers which will include: takeaways and restaurants
- Updating and releasing orders from their ordering system
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Checking and chasing deliveries for customers
- Updating an inhouse computer system
Hours of work
- Monday - Friday
- 9.00am - 5.30pm
The roles have an immediate start date for the right candidate and are being offered on a temporary basis.
Pay rate:
- £11.25 per hour.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, good communication skills and be IT literate.
