The Best Connection group - Oldham are currently recruiting a Customer Service and Sales Executive for our client based in Rochdale on a Temp-to-perm basis.
Customer Service and Sales Executive
- This role will be perfect for someone who is looking to develop and already growing clients base and is a great opportunity to earn good money while developing your career
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 0800-1700
Pay
- £24K, 40 hours = £11.53 per hour
Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales executive
- Answering inbound calls
- Internal calls
- Taking and inputting orders over the phone
- Following up samples which have been sent out
- Softer sell
- Account Management
Requirements of the Customer Service and Sales executive
- Confident telephone manner
- Comfortable with all aspects of customer services / sales
- Works well as part of a team or on their own
- PC Literate - Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
