Job Description:
Switch Advisor Ltd is looking for a Sales Support Representative who will be responsible for providing product and/or service information to customers. You will be responsible for the follow up on all of the customer's requests and issues. The position will also include some general administrative duties, such as filing paperwork, making appointments, and answering phones. The position will also include some clerical duties, such as filing paperwork.
Requirements:
- Customer service background preferrred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concerns at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and nights when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
