Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Sterling Identity)
Department: Field Support (Working From Home)
Hours: 9a-6p EST M-F or Tu-Sat
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: US Remote
About the role:
Sterling Identity Support Representatives assist customers and partners by answering product questions and providing technical support around fingerprinting kiosks.
This is what you'll do:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Comfortable navigating various programs and screens during customer interactions, troubleshooting, and actively listening
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
This job is for you if:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Able to navigate various computer systems while trouble shooting
- Excellent communication skills
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided. This information is provided per several state and local Equal Pay and Pay Transparency Laws. Base pay information is based on market location.
