About the role:
We are looking for 2nd Line IT Engineers to support the company users (Windows and Mac)
You will ideally have support experience within a creative environment such as Post-production or Graphic Design.
Schedule:
- Flexible but primarily 9-5:30 (some outside normal working hours from time to time).
- Ability to commute/relocate.
Job Description
· Day to day support for creative (Mac based) and non-creative (Windows) users support, user creation, day to day IT tasks, backup management etc.
We are looking for someone with good problem solving and eager to learning new skills and new technologies as is able to work in a busy environment
Required:
· Previous IT Support experience: 3-5 years as 2nd line support for windows and/or mac, Linux.
· Good troubleshooting skills
· Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and/or Mac OS
· Admin experience with Microsoft 365 or G-Suite
Desirable:
· MDM Software like Jamf, Kandji etc
· Knowledge of Apple Mac/MacBook Pro hardware
· Windows servers
· Understanding of Network and VLans
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
