Customer Service Support

We are looking for a Customer Service Support Assistant to join the team in our offices based on BS22 Weston Super Mare.

Job Details:
  • Working in a team you will be the first point of contact in a support team team dealing with customers over the phone, taking notes and updating systems.
  • Working with different teams in the office.
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner, with good listening skills and be able to speak to customers confidently.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is wanting gain more customer service experience.
  • Work will be varied and no two days are the same.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8.30am to 5pm.
  • £10.42 starting pay rising to £10.76.
  • Weekly pay.
