We are looking for a Customer Service Support Assistant to join the team in our offices based on BS22 Weston Super Mare.
Job Details:
- Working in a team you will be the first point of contact in a support team team dealing with customers over the phone, taking notes and updating systems.
- Working with different teams in the office.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner, with good listening skills and be able to speak to customers confidently.
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is wanting gain more customer service experience.
- Work will be varied and no two days are the same.
- Monday to Friday.
- 8.30am to 5pm.
- £10.42 starting pay rising to £10.76.
- Weekly pay.
