CUSTOMER SUPPORT - DATA SERVICES – Based in Waterlooville FTC 9 months
We're looking for a passionate, motivated service-orientated individual to come join us within Customer Support in our Data Services team based in Waterlooville. We will provide you with full training you need to be a success in this role.

Purpose of the role:
You will provide comprehensive support and assistance within the Data Services Department. Assisting with both inbound and outbound phone and email queries. Taking control of order entry process and forms and assisting other departments during extreme busy conditions. You will need to be a highly organised individual, with strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of a query from the beginning to the end. Hours of work 08.30-17.30
What you’ll be doing:
· Processing customer requests, including ordering and setting up new accounts/deleting old accounts
· Developing skills to complete required Data Services Levels (1-3)
· Work as part of a team to ensure customer requirements are delivered in line with agreed SLA’s
· Support other departments during peak times
· Complete development courses and attend training events to develop new skills as required.
· Provide assistance to other team members when required and carry out other activities as reasonably requested.
· Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails quickly and professionally. See all queries through from beginning to end as required.
· Ensure excellent levels of customer care and service are adopted in accordance with Company standards
· All correspondence to be presented & submitted in a format consistent with Company image & customer care standards.
What You’ll need…
· Some administration and signalling technology experience is preferred but NOT essential.
· Self-starter. Able to take on a task and see it through to completion.
· Attention to detail for reporting and other activities.
· Able to prioritise and manage workload.
· Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms in line with business needs.
· Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
