As a Hallam Help Administrator, you will provide high quality, customer-centred advice and guidance through a range of approaches including face-to-face and virtual provision, across campuses. You will work collaboratively to deliver and develop a multidisciplinary, inclusive and responsive service, to ensure customer service excellence.
You will have experience of working in a customer services environment, providing an excellent customer service, including managing enquiries. An ability to undertake a range of administration activities is essential, alongside the ability to support occasional meetings, appointments, events, and projects.
Please note that this is an on-campus role and is based across both our City and Collegiate Campus.
