Varied role for an organised and polite individual with customer service experience.
Working at the heart of one of the UK’s leading non-wired bra specialists based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Salary – negotiable depending on experience
Hours – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
· First point of contact for direct customer calls and emails
· Support the team with trade customer enquiries (phones and emails)
· Help with fitting advice over the phone for direct customers. (Discuss with wider team and arrange call back if necessary.)
· Gain a good understanding of the product and range, to ensure optimal customer service experience – e.g. which items are continuity vs fashion, which items are best sellers etc
· Raise credit notes and process customer refunds from Trade/Customer Returns forms
· Support Finance Manager with sales ledger and purchase ledger administration (payments received etc)
Sales:
· Check for pending orders daily and process where necessary
· Set up new customer accounts across all systems (Sage & Magento)
· Manage the Sales and Orders inbox daily and forward emails when necessary
· Keep in regular communication with the warehouse on order processing
· Process forward orders for new styles and back orders for out-of-stock items once available
· Set up new customers on all systems
· Apply sales info/analysis to everyday role. See the bigger picture with regards to business direction/priorities
Key Account Customer Service:
· Manage and process orders on a daily/weekly basis using customer portals/EDI systems
· Upload and manage invoices on the Key Accounts’ specified programmes
· Provide daily/weekly stock availability reports using PeopleVox and customer specific formatted spreadsheets
· Assist in the setup of any new customers, including key accounts (more detailed or bespoke process)
Website:
· Manage stockist listings on the website via Magento, ensuring their details are correct
· Manage and update the Store Pickup on Magento
· Keep customer records accurate and up to date on Sage & Magento
Marketing:
· Assist with fitting events/courses preparation held at Royce House (with Design & Marketing)
· Update product feedback spreadsheets for Design on information given from either trade or direct customers
· Manage the Reviews site and respond to all reviews
· Share top reviews for the week with the team, internally
QUALIFICATIONS/PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Minimum 5 years’ experience working within customer service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven track record of using own initiative in working environment
