Job Details:
- Position: BT - Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start
- Days of work are Monday to Friday, you will be working 08:30-17:00.
- You will be paid an hourly rate of £11.25.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to work for our Burton based client in their premises that are mainly responsible for the selling and distribution of quality garden furniture.
You will be working mainly in the show room where you will be engaging in face to face sales with customers but you will also be working on the busy sales desk.
Daily duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Making sure the showroom is kept well stocked and in pristine condition
- Speaking with customers and advising on an extensive range of products
- Selling goods to customers based on their wants and needs
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Making product suggestions and recommendations
- Keeping up with price listings both on the floor & on the website
- Feeding issues back to the wider business.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have fantastic interpersonal skills
- Have an engaging personality
- Have strong spoken and written English skills
- Be computer literate
- Polite, both face to face and on the telephone.
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Have previous sales/customer service experience dealing with the public
- Previous sales experience that involved phone sales/orders
- Have own transport.
