The Opportunity

We have an opportunity available for a Customer Operations Executive to join our team in London. The role is part of a central team responsible for all the Back Office administration tasks behind B2C orders. With customers at the forefront of all our decision making, these tasks will be executed within a defined SLA, ensuring our order to cash offering is smooth and efficient and that all internal targets are met.

What you´ll get to do

  • Maintain and modify the B2C orders
  • Place B2C replacement orders
  • Liase and provide information to Logistic teams to resolve any delivery issues
  • Liase and provide information to the Digital teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Produce customer invoices if required
  • Fraud management
  • Returns management
  • Refund management
  • Manage customer data requests
  • Manage customer claims

We´d love to meet you if you have

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ideally SAP software experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
