It was formed on 1st October 2017 and since then has been responsible for running a family of nine hospitals across six separate sites, providing a wide range of services from comprehensive local general hospital care through to highly specialized regional and national services.What you’ll be responsible for:· Answer telephone calls & action voicemail messages· Distribution and sending of post· Maintain diaries and waiting lists as appropriate to the speciality, cancelling and rebooking appointments as necessary.· Booking appointments from the waiting list· Uploading referrals from eRSYou’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times3.
