PRESS Healthfoods is a leading provider of high-quality health food products. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive (Part Time) at our Greenford DC (West) location. This role will primarily involve providing excellent customer service, managing order processing, and working independently to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order management and resolution of any customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records and order details in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and handle pressure, especially during peak periods.
- Perform tasks that may require solo working, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Experience in solo working and taking ownership of tasks.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule of 16-24 hours per week, including weekend work. The specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
