Customer Support Executive

Pertemps are supporting a credible organisation who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be working on-site with the ability to work from home way day a week. Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is £24k. This role will be the crucial face of the organisation and you will act as a first point of contact to customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries by liaising with the wider team on a day-to-day basis.
If you have strong customer service experience and have the ability to manage your own workload, then this is the role for you! The main correspondence will be over email however you will have to manage some occasional inbound calls.

- Sales order processing
- Ticket, phone and email customer service
- Payment processing
- Returns processing
- Liaise with suppliers and customers when required, prioritising and working with the team to resolve any issues
- Monitoring and responding to reviews
- Assisting with courier requests
- Use of ERP system
- General Administration duties

- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Time management and organisation skills
