This client specialises in delivering chef-cooked performance meals to elite athletes and sports teams. Additionally, they have a successful direct-to-consumer model, delivering these meals to homes nationwide.
Job Description
The role and responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences.
 - Managing the entire customer service journey, including tracking and handling customer queries, complaints, and issue resolution in a professional and friendly manner within designated time frames.
 - Issuing refunds as necessary and monitoring and responding to Fuel Hub's Trustpilot reviews.
 - Providing regular customer service statistics during meetings and presenting a more detailed weekly report to the internal team.
 - Addressing customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and emails promptly and efficiently.
 - Conducting daily checks on Shopify and Recharge platforms to proactively identify and address potential issues.
 - Filtering internal emails to ensure they reach the appropriate stakeholders.
 - Collaborating closely with DPD to address any customer-related issues and track deliveries.
 - Developing and adhering to policies and procedures that align with the brand's language and values.
