Location: Wincanton
We are recruiting for a part-time customer service assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
This is a part-time working 4 days per week in our Clothing & Giftware departments.
Requirements
Duties will include:- Using the tills
- Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
- Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
- Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards
- Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
- Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
- Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
- Be a strong team plater
- Able to work on your own using your initiative
- Fork lift experience is desirable

Days and Hours
This is a part-time role to work 4 days per week:
Monday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5.45pm & Sunday 10am – 4.45pm
