Job Title – Technical Customer Support

Location – Hinckley, LE10 3BS hybrid

Salary – £29,000 - £35,000

Hours – 2pm – 10pm

Duration – Permanent / Full Time

Sector – Customer Service


OceanLED is the UK-based company that started the marine LED revolution back in 2005 and is still to this day changing how boat owners light up the night. OceanLED has a highly skilled team constantly developing advanced, unique new products all designed and produced in-house.


We are looking for a Technical Support person to join our friendly team. Could this be you? This role will be looking after the US market and supporting our Florida office and the working hours reflect this. Interested?


We want you to work to reflect our Florida office hours from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who has a technical bias and is interested in mechanical and electrical products and how they work, to offer our customers support, dealing with issues and navigating through trouble shooting and installations. What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Strong customer support via email and phone calls building great customer relationships.
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer queries and providing technical support and advice, working closely with the Account Managers and the Engineering team as required.
  • Ensuring that all account information is kept up to date on our ERP software.
  • Administration of the warranty process
  • Owning the customer feedback process.
  • Self-motivated and with high levels of initiative to solve problems.
