How You'll Perform the Role

  • Interact with customers via phone and email to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Enter new orders into the company's order management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, and proactively offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical customer situations to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

  • Proven customer service experience or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
