An opportunity has arisen to recruit an Administrator to work in our lively and friendly Surrey Heath Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS). This is a part time role, three days per week; Monday - Wednesday. The Surrey Heath CMHRS is based at Theta which is a light and modern working space with ample free parking and easy access to local amenities located within walking distance. The Theta hub hosts a number of community-based services which supports integrated partnership working. We are a small, supportive multidisciplinary team made up of colleagues from a number of professional disciplines including Social Work, Nurses, Occupational Therapy, Psychologists, Medics and Administrators, every member of the team holds equal value and hold the shared vision to provide compassionate and safe care. This role would be suitable for someone who has good interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate would be confident in operating a wide range of office systems although further training will be provided. Suitable for someone who is able to understand information quickly and identify relevant course of action and who has good interpersonal skills and is confident in operating a wide range of office equipment such as scanners, computers, faxes and copiers. Suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced and time pressured environment. Main duties include: Answer telephone calls and relay any messages in a timely manner Receive and process referrals to the relevant clinician and system(s) General administrative tasks such as dictations, typing, copying, scanning, printing, laminating etc Take minutes at team meetings and transcribe accurately Please see the below for a more detailed job description.
