Customer Service Advisor Based in Pickering
You will need to be a UK Resident and/or already have the Right to Work in the UK
£20,688.20 per annum - Full-time working 5 out of 7 days including some weekends & Bank Holidays
Do you have experience working in a customer facing role in a fast paced environment? Are you interested in working in a small, friendly team? Would you like to deliver a first-class visitor experience whilst working at one of Britain’s most popular Heritage Railways?

You will support the delivery of an exceptional level of service for our customers via face to face, e-mails, online and the telephone.
