Our customer service division is hiring enthusiastic and reliable professionals who have an ability to efficiently help customers and follow company procedures. As a valued member of the customer service team, you will answer incoming calls and respond to emails, updating records and researching issues. A successful candidate should be comfortable using a computer for most of his or her day, and should enjoy interacting with people over the phone and in-person as well.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls.
- Answer customer enquiries.
- Apply knowledge of company policies to answer questions.
- Deal with dissatisfied callers.
- Provide information concerning products and services.
- Perform basic trouble-shooting of customer problems.
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, phone calls, and co-workers.
