New View Window Systems Ltd is a busy company who install PVCu windows and doors to the large builders within the New Build Housing Market. We are currently looking to employ 1x Customer Care Co-ordinator to work within our very busy Customer Care Department.
The Customer Care Co-ordinator role is very demanding and fast paced and so we are looking for the right person who can work well under pressure. The right person will have excellent communication skills and must have the confidence to deal with customer issues over the phone. It is essential that the right person is well organised and understands how to prioritise their workload. Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Your role will involve accepting new jobs from the builders and their site managers and seeing these jobs all the way through to completion. You will be assigned your own on site operative which your role is to organise their full workload.
The Job Role:
- Taking incoming calls from builders/site managers and responding to queries.
- Accepting new jobs and inputting those jobs onto the system
- Making contact with the customer/homeowners to arrange an operative visit based on the urgency and the geographical location of the job.
- Placing materials orders for each job and ensuring that these orders are delivered on time
- Providing the builder job quotes and sometimes chasing for the order
- Building a good rapport with the builders and keeping them up to date as to the progress of the jobs reported.
- General admin (Emails/filing etc)
Full training will be provided
Hours of work- 8am-5pm (1 Hour unpaid for lunch) 40 Hours per week.
Pro-rata 20 Days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holidays).
Wage: £24k per annum
