Responsibilities

In the Position of Client Care Representitive you will have the important responsibilities of:

· Managing walk-in clients and assisting them with their requests by fulfilling them or guiding them to the correct department

· Data entry of sensitive information

· Fingerprinting both Ink and Digital

· Translating from French to English or English to French

· Answering inbound calls and helping support client inquires

· A deep understanding of all offering and processes and the ability to manage these items as needed

· Additional tasks as required

Qualifications

· Must be bilingual (written and spoken – French and English)

· Detail oriented

· Willingness to learn

· Intermediate to advance data entry skills

· Excited for new challenges

· Excellent customer service skills; vocal and written

· Knowledge of criminal justice system and asset but no a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
