Rate: £10.42 per hour
At National Car Parks we are looking to recruit a customer service assistant to join our already established team along the C2C Train Line. If you have experience in Customer Service, Security, Or you’re looking at a new start – then we would love to hear from you.

This position will be a roaming position along the C2C Train Line.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Operating state of the art Car Park Equipment
- Implementing traffic control measures - regulating entry and exit of vehicles
- Conducting regular foot patrols and monitoring the safety of the Car Park
- Grounds maintenance when necessary including weeding, painting and cleaning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or security is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a close team and alone as and when required
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Full Manual UK Drivers Licence Essential
