We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information regarding products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure customer service standards are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,855.00-£26,155.00 per year
