Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis

Salary: Starting from £10.50 (Ages under 19: £8.79) with the ability to earn more through experience and gaining qualifications such as Forklift, First Aid and RAMA (AMTRA)

What it takes to be a Customer Service Assistant at Mole Country Stores:

Your experience tells a story, but your honest attitude speaks louder still. We want you to put customers first and provide a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll be confident and engaging, motivated in everything you do and are knowledgeable about our products. We’ll teach you the rest!

What you will be doing:

The Customer Service Assistants provide the greatest experience, whether that is serving on the tills, making displays look enticing or responding to all customer requests in a helpful and efficient manner.
