Day Security Officer position at Rendall & Rittner (SW1W)
Working Hours - 07:00 – 19:00, 4 days on 4 days off
Salary - £25,000-£26,000 per annum
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a residential development located in Belgravia. The development contains 71 residential units, benefiting from a car park and leisure suite. It is also located close to Victoria and Sloane Square Underground Station.

- you’ll be a true expert in security and customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others
- you’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts
- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
- you’ll already have some brilliant experience behind you reporting any concerns to management, as well as investigating any areas of concern raised by the team.
- You have experience managing unauthorised access, theft and vandalism issues, liaising with internal and external sources and keeping up to date logs of all your activity.
- Be happy to participate in cross training initiatives with the aim of further developing skills and experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to read body language and manage challenging situations.
- Hold an SIA license (essential)
