This role oversees many moving parts and requires high level multi-tasking skills and the ability to stay focused and follow through each detail of our customer and technician support process. We provide superior customer service to both our clients and to our team of managers and technicians while effectively utilizing our technology and softwares to coordinate and route schedules and answer questions.

Basic Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming sales inquiries
- Capture customer details and explains company’s products and services
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and prompt support for internal and external customers
- Enter and update customer information into company data base
- Work to improve systems and processes to make call center more effective and efficient
- Coordinate projects and goals with other call center team members
