Within this role you will
  • Support the workshop team efficiently in the recovery and distribution of bikes
  • provide and ensure effective and robust audit and quality processes in terms of rentals and practices are maintained internally and aligned externally, representing the Company where required.
  • assist the Client and respond to queries, providing up to date advice and guidance on legislation affecting the contract.
  • provide detailed analysis and reporting on all operating systems and processes and formulate solution focussed recommendations/action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Handling of calls and enquiries from customers and client.
  • Collation and recording of data and information for reports eg : Membership , Vandalism
  • Despatching of engineers for Firstline repairs & Distribution.

What do you need to be a Customer Services Advisor
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse customer group.
  • Competent IT skills, in particular, Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook
  • ABILITY TO HANDLE DIFFICULT CALLERS AND DIFFUSE CONFLICTING SITUATIONS.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance.
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively with managers to provide a solution focussed service, which is in line with current legislation and the company policies/processes/practices.
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to work unsupervised.
